As teachers, we believe it is our mission to be genuinely involved in each child’s development to help them be the best that they can be.
We believe in the power of creativity to convey a message. We believe in finding fresher and newer ways to do things. We believe that anything worth doing is worth doing excellently. We believe in being a cut above the rest.

• We hope to build up every child and bring out the best in each child
• Our dance recitals are dedicated to all loving parents and family but most of all, to GOD, the Lord of our dance!
• We love each child as if they were our own.
Though we teach classical ballet, we are not limited by the syllabus as we respect the ability of every teacher to bring something new and good and fresh into the class. The DP syllabus serves as a guidepost for our teachers. We continue to explore new and exciting ways to maximise learning for the children entrusted to us.
• We are strongly values oriented. We put importance in character formation and family values. We teach kids, through our classroom environment and music selections, important values such as love, generosity, gratefulness and others.
• We build a family atmosphere in the classes teaching the kids to be “sisters” to each other. Ballet normally has a highly self centred and competitive environment. In Dance Plus, we wish to create a counter culture where we bring out the best in each child without putting anyone else down. The atmosphere we provide is one of encouragement and community spirit embodied by friendship and sisterhood.
• We create our own original dance musicales for our recitals teeming with exciting music and sound values in the storyline or theme
We have an annual student assessment report where we give parents feedback on the growth, strengths and weaknesses of each child based not only on the physiological aspect (motor skills) but on the affective or emotional barometer, social or behavioural aspect and cognitive abilities of the child as well.
